Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship our exquisite house decoration items to customers worldwide.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

To accommodate our fast order processing, any change or cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted. However, you can initiate a return for a full refund once your order is received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal payments for your convenience.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed between Monday and Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, with shipments occurring the next business day after processing. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive at their destination.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you haven't received your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply to your order, which are determined by your local customs office. These charges are your responsibility and are not covered by Essentiko. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

If you've received defective, incorrect, or damaged merchandise, please contact us with your order number and relevant photographs. We will work promptly to resolve the issue.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your bank or credit card company for further information regarding the timeline for the refund to be posted to your account.
